Local Clubs

Snow Shoe Gun Club The gun range offers skeet and trap fields and hand gun shooting ranges. Club is open in the summer on Sunday afternoon 12:00pm – 2:00PM and Tue. evenings 5:30pm – 7:30pm and in the Winter on Sundays only. Visitors are welcome. Club access on other days is limited to members only.

Geocaching – There are over #180 geocaching sites within a 20 mile radius of Kenai and over 3000 within the Kenai Peninsula area.

Kenai Peninsula Cycle & Ski Club – The club offers different recreational activities for biking and skiing inclusive of all age and ability levels.

Kenai Peninsula Garden Club – Meets monthly to share ideas, learn new gardening techniques, as well as to hear presentations about specific types of gardening. Gardening in Alaska can be a bit of a challenge. While gardening zonal maps often show our area as being zone 4, we find this not always to be accurate. For more information:
